❤️Its been almost a month that I closed my salon and started working at Ravin! I have to say that I LOVE this salon and the girls.one guy and the cutest English Bulldog Mattie!!!! I am so thankful for all of you!
Amanda and Kelli you girls made this transition so incredible! I am so happy! Still working on perfecting shampooing from behind the sink instead of the side!
😜Marci.you are the greatest! Thank you for being so patient and always helping everyone! My clients love my new place and feel right at home! 03/31/20A Love Letter To Our Clients,You are the heart of our business. You are not just our clients, you are our closest friends. In February, we were struck with the tragedy of losing Kelli, and you came together to lift us all up and support us through our grief.
Just when we started to get our strength back and found some new sort of normal in the salon we were hit again by the isolation restrictions. Now, living through a 5 week closure due to the pandemic, here you are again, patiently showing your support through loving messages and encouragement. As this break has brought time to reflect, we all agree that our favorite part of work life is YOU. Thank you for being there for all of us and for making our salon family that much stronger and better.
You all are the stars in all of this darkness, we couldn’t do 2020 without you. 03/14/20A Note For Our Clients:At Ravin’ Salon we are going above our state mandated salon sanitation practices in effort to keep us all healthy.
We have a wall mounted hand sanitizer station at the entrance for use upon entering and exiting the salon. Stylists stations and chairs will be disinfected throughout the day, as well as communal areas in the salon. Clients are welcome to use the disinfectant products that will be handy throughout the salon as well. As always, the best measure of prevention is to reschedule hair appointments when you aren’t feeling well- please know that any appointments cancelled due to illness will be rescheduled as quickly as possible. At this time we are continuing normal business hours and will notify clients immediately if that changes.
Thank you for supporting us in our efforts to keep our salon family and patrons healthy! 02/19/20🔴UPDATE: The 12:00pm Celebration of Life for Kelli Clay tomorrow (Feb. 20) will be held in the SANCTUARY at Trinity Baptist Church; fellowship will follow at their Family Life Center (right beside sanctuary). Also, I want to let you all know how special each of you are to our salon family. Every message and call has been received with warmest acceptance, and each one has helped lift our spirits. Please understand that we are not able to respond to every message individually as we are blessed with hundreds of caring friends and clients.

Thank you so much. 09/11/18On Friday September 7th I moved my car from where I park at the salon to the front part of our parking lot, along the fence and facing the railroad tracks about 5:00pm.I walked over to the Biltmore Village area and met a friend and walked back to my car @6:15.It had been towed by the people that own The Wine and Oyster Bar.I had no idea that was being done. The tow sign faces Biltmore Ave.So for $195.00 I was able to get it back.I talked to our property manager and more signs are coming to make people aware. But, until then. Don’t park elsewhere near that business and walk somewhere else.I won’t be going there for sure.
